Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Willow Reed sites:
- willowreed.me - this website, where the writing lives and where you buy.
- members.willowreed.me - the member portal, where your account and your products live.
By using either, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Willow Reed is published and operated by QANT Pty Ltd (ACN 088 738 943), registered in Australia. Willow Reed is a pen name, used for privacy. The writing and the experience behind it are real, and there are no invented credentials. Questions: support@willowreed.me.
Not medical or therapeutic advice
The writing, the workbooks, and the AI guides offered here are about matrescence: the identity change of becoming a mother. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, they do not diagnose or treat anything, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Matrescence is a normal developmental change. Postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety are clinical conditions, and they are a matter for a clinician. If what you are living through might be one of those, please see a doctor. If you are in distress or in crisis, contact a doctor or a local crisis service now.
Content and intellectual property
All writing, images, and designs on these sites are the property of QANT Pty Ltd unless noted otherwise. You may read them and share links freely. You may not republish or resell the content without permission.
Products and purchases
Products are bought at checkout on this site and accessed through the member portal at members.willowreed.me. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars.

The Complete Passage is an annual subscription, not a one-off purchase. It renews at US$249/yr until you stop it. Within it, the two one-time products and The Threshold are yours for good, because those are permanent entitlements rather than subscription access.
The Threshold is only available inside The Complete Passage. It is not sold separately, and there is no other way to get it.
The subscriptions buy a monthly allowance of the guide and a fixed foundation of written material. There is no promise of new content every month. The allowance is set so that ordinary use will not reach it; if you do reach it, the guide tells you so and it resets when your next month starts.
The AI guides
Mirror and New Ground include an AI guide. The replies are generated by software, not written by a person, and not by Willow. The guide works in her territory and answers in her register, and it will tell you it is an AI guide if you ask it.
An AI guide reflects. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and nothing it says should be relied on for a medical or legal decision. It can be wrong. If a conversation touches something clinical, take it to a clinician.
Guide conversations are kept on your account and can be deleted by you. What is stored, and what the guide remembers between conversations, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our guarantee
We would rather you felt certain than locked in. If you buy something here, give it a fair try, and find it is not right for you, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from inside the member portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be billed again.
This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not limit.
Acceptable use
Please use the sites lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt them or misuse the contact form. We may restrict access where that is needed to protect the sites and the people reading them.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools in the course of our work, including in the production of content, images, and software. The author portrait and the site imagery are AI-generated.
AI-assisted material is reviewed by a person before we publish or deliver it, and we remain responsible for everything published under the Willow Reed name, whatever tools were used to make it.
We do not give your personal information to third-party AI providers to train their models.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. See also our Privacy Policy.
